The holiday comlex St. Vid consists of a recently renovated Rustico with three apartments there in and a separate Villetta, all of which are ideal for accommodating 2-4 people. All apartments are set up in a charming and welcoming style and offer all necessary comfort as air-condition, satellite TV etc. From the upper floors you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Kvarner Bay. The whole complex is surrounded by a park-like garden which also comprises a barbacue area as well as a swimming pool. Each apartment has its own covered parking area. The holiday resort Sv. Vid consists of an antique farmhouse including 3 apartments and a separate bungalow which were all completely remodelled in 2004. The entire complex is situated in a quiet area surrounded by a wonderful garden which includes a barbecue area as well as an outdoor swimming pool. Each apartment has its own covered parking spot. This holiday resort is ideal for everyone who is seeking privacy and relaxation, thus for families with small children as well as for senior citizens who can also rent the apartments for a monthly fee outside high-season. Arrival day during high-season is Saturday between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM. The tourist tax is included in the price. Air-conditioning is available upon request for an additional fee of EUR 5.- per day and apartment. A supplementary bed for one child under 12 years is free. There is an additional fee of EUR 35.- per apartment for the final cleaning. Your booking will be confirmed via e-mail immediately after receipt of your deposit (30% of the total price). Please note that no costs will be reimbursed for earlier departures or no-shows. Therefore, we advise to you to get respective insurance to cover any unforeseen events that might change your vacation plans. It is also possible to rent the whole complex. Rental prices for the entire resort (3 apartments + 1 bungalow) are: until 30.06.: 1225 EUR - per week, from 01.07.-31.08.: 1925 EUR - per week, from 01.09. onwards: EUR 1225 EUR - per week. Minor changes in price during high-season are possible. Pets upon request. Welcome!
